Overview

VOLENTUM is a nationwide personnel consultancy in Germany specializing in the placement of specialists and executives, as well as filling C-level positions. We exclusively work on behalf of our clients and utilize modern tools such as suitability diagnostics, AI, and performance analysis tools to select the best candidates for our clients.

In Short

• Acquisition of new clients and intensive care of existing clients.
• Consultation of companies on defining their personnel requirements and developing suitable recruitment strategies.
• Active search and identification of candidates for vacancies through various recruitment channels such as social media, job portals, and networking.
• Conducting interviews and selection processes.
• Supporting candidates and clients throughout the application process.

Requirements

• Completed degree and experience in personnel search and selection, e.g., from a consulting agency or an in-house position in a company.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical approach to understand company requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Good self-organization, teamwork, and service orientation.
• Very good German language skills in both spoken and written form.
