Voldex is a leading gaming studio focused on the Roblox gaming space, home to several top games with over 145 million monthly active players. We are looking for an experienced Art Lead to own Brookhaven’s art direction, ensuring high-performance assets and a consistent look and feel.

• Lead the art direction for Brookhaven, ensuring consistent asset quality.

• Ensure assets meet performance metrics on the Roblox platform.

• Utilize project management tools for effective communication.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of asset performance metrics on Roblox.
• High proficiency in Roblox Studio.
• Experience creating art assets under performance constraints.
• Ability to mentor a team of artists.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or JIRA.
