Overview

As a Tech Art Lead on an Unannounced Project, you’ll collaborate closely with the art team to bring iconic characters to life from prototype through production for a completely new world at PlayStation.

• Lead the Tech Art discipline and define the team’s goals.
• Build and manage the Technical Art team.
• Work closely with the Art Director to bring artistic vision to screen.
• Ensure visual aspects of the game are performant across all platforms.
• Create custom tools to enhance visual fidelity and performance.
• Develop workflows and pipelines to boost production efficiency.
• Engage in proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Experience in Rigging and Workflow creation.
• Production experience with tools like Maya and Unreal Engine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Experience in Rigging/Workflow & pipeline creation/supervision.
• Production experience with standard content creation tools.
• Ability to translate art team goals into creative solutions.
• Experience in producing clear technical documentation.
• Experience managing stability and performance issues.
• Experience with Unreal Engine.
• Experience shipping across multiple platforms.
