In Short

• Contribute to building out 3D art assets for the game.
• Address artistic challenges and manage art-team workloads.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a small team of artists.
• Lead game’s style and art direction.
• Supervise both 2D, 3D, and render artists.
• Develop and maintain art-production pipelines.
• Review and provide feedback on the team’s work.

Requirements

• A deep understanding of asset performance metrics on Roblox.
• High proficiency in Roblox Studio.
• 1-3 years of experience in a professional studio or equivalent.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
