In Short

• Work alongside the AR Manager to build a scalable platform for deductions reconciliation.
• Identify unauthorized expenses by following set procedures.
• Develop standard operating procedures for the department.
• Make recommendations to improve the deduction process.
• Assist with ad hoc analysis and reporting.
• Take ownership of new duties and identify opportunities within the Customer Success department.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Trade Promotion Management.
• Experience in deductions, collections, reconciliations, and general trade finance.
• Experience with TPM software is a bonus.
• Technical skills with SaaS products, including Excel, PowerPoint, G-Suite.
• Experience in a startup environment.
• Impeccable oral and written communication skills.
