From automatically logging surgical stages to coordinating team readiness, we take on the administrative load so clinical staff don’t have to.

• We’re hiring a Project Manager (Deployment Strategist) to join our Operations team.
• This role leads activation planning, project management, and delivery.
• Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders including clinical, IT, and vendor partners.
• Builds playbooks, dashboards, and processes for hospital activations.
• Ensures timely go-live experiences for hospitals.
• Remote-first position with required on-site travel (~20-30%).
• Focus on customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Captures learnings post-activations for continuous improvement.
• Identifies automation opportunities across the activation lifecycle.
• Acts as the voice of the hospital during activations.

Requirements

• Experience in large enterprise software/service activations.
• Strong customer focus and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and clinical audiences.
• Strong execution discipline and ownership under deadlines.
• Ability to create operational playbooks and dashboards.
• Hands-on approach to coordination and process improvement.
• PMP/PRINCE 2 certification is a plus.
