• Own and scale all Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Build and optimize full-funnel strategies.
• Launch, test, and iterate on creatives, copy, audiences, and offers.
• Continuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, LTV.
• Manage and allocate significant monthly ad budgets.
• Deep-dive into performance data to identify patterns.
• Run structured experiments (A/B tests).

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience running Meta Ads.
• Proven track record in managing large budgets.
