Per Diem Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner - Multistate - Remote

Overview

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Telemedicine Nurse Practitioner who is licensed in multiple states to perform virtual wellness checkups.

In Short

• Provide general wellness checkups.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.
• Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.
• Provide lab review follow-ups.

Requirements

• Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.
• Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.
• Must be licensed in NY/NJ and other eastern states preferred.
• Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.
• Must have reliable internet and computer/laptop.
