Overview

VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Physician to provide diabetes management programs to private businesses in New Jersey via telemedicine.

In Short

• Provide diabetes management program to patients based on our program guideline.
• Consult with patients to understand their health concerns especially around diabetes.
• Educate patients around healthy eating and lifestyle.
• Educate patients around glucose monitoring.
• Must have current NJ license; Compact license or multiple state license strongly preferred.
• MD or DO Degree required.
• Board certification in specialty needed.
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience following post graduate training.
• Must be Bilingual Haitian Creole Speaking.
• Experience with diabetes management is essential.

Requirements

• Background in family practice and preventive care preferred.
• Background in urgent care or emergency care will be considered.
• Focused on preventive medicine and patient education.
• Proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Personal laptop or tablet required.
