Centria is looking for an adept, Spanish/Bilingual Clinician who loves to supervise from home! Enjoy a fully-remote work set-up? Our Telehealth model has had plenty of opportunity to become the well oiled machine that it is today. • Position for a Bilingual Clinician (BCBA) working remotely.
• Base salary of $83,000 - $90,000, negotiable.
• Average annual bonus of $12,000, totaling $95,000 - $102,000+ per year.
• Flexible working hours, with a focus on afternoons/evenings.
• Support clients primarily in Arizona.
• Provide clinical oversight and train Behavior Technicians.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in accordance with BACB guidelines.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• 1+ years of experience with children and autism spectrum disorders.
• Prior experience in a Telehealth/Remote capacity.
• Supervision experience preferred.
• Crisis management experience preferred.
