Overview

As a Data Analytics Developer at Vital Farms, you will work with various data sources to generate insights that positively impact operational decisions. You will apply data science and modeling principles to design, test, implement, and develop data-based solutions.

In Short

Perform basic data analysis using statistics and methodologies
Ensure data integrity and efficiency
Collaborate to design and develop data and machine learning models
Identify trends and insights from data
Create dashboards and visualizations for key performance indicators
Build data pipelines and flows within integration tools
Create detailed technical documentation
Gather requirements from business stakeholders
Participate in cross-functional projects
Stay current with emerging technologies in data analytics

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of experience in data modeling and SQL Development
Experience with Python, R, SQL, Excel, JSON
Experience with Power BI (including DAX)
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Fabric
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret data and draw conclusions
Proficiency in statistical methods and data visualization
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
