Organizational Transformation & Communications Analyst - Remote

Overview

Vistra has an immediate opening for an Organizational Transformation & Communications Analyst to support Department of Defense clients. The Organizational Transformation & Communications Analyst will help to inform DoD policy and facilitate adoption of analytical decision-support tools.

In Short

• Conduct literature reviews and support organizational assessments.
• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Coordinate and support large working groups and events.
• Create communication products for clients.
• Design and evaluate mission relevant training efforts.
• Maintain understanding of relevant DoD policy.
• Travel up to 25% to CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in public health or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with change management and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with literature reviews and research methods.
• Experience facilitating complex working groups.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of public health concepts, preferably in a military setting.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
