Communications Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

INTECON, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Data Analyst to support AFWERX’s Strategic Communications Team. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting communication-related data to evaluate the effectiveness of outreach, in-reach, and engagement initiatives.

In Short

• Develop and maintain metrics dashboards for communication initiatives.
• Create and manage a stakeholder engagement database.
• Analyze data to evaluate communication strategies and campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the StratComm team to define KPIs.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to communication strategies.
• Conduct surveys and audience research.
• Develop data-driven reports and visualizations.
• Provide guidance on content strategy and campaign targeting.
• Stay updated with trends in data analytics and digital marketing.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or communications analytics.
• Expertise in data visualization tools like Google Analytics and Tableau.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics.
• Exceptional data storytelling abilities.
• Experience in survey design and audience segmentation.
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
