Overview

Vista Equity Partners is seeking an Associate Director to serve as a dedicated technology liaison for the firm’s Legal, Compliance, and Regulatory teams, focusing on compliance and legal technology platforms.

In Short

• Own and administer compliance and legal technology platforms.
• Manage day-to-day platform operations and user support.
• Translate regulatory requirements into technology solutions.
• Lead technology projects from initiation to delivery.
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Support AI-driven automation solutions in Legal & Compliance.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across various teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and audits.
• Track and report on key performance indicators for technology stack.
• Collaborate with IT on initiative prioritization and delivery planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles within financial services.
• Hands-on experience with compliance technology systems.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments for private equity.
• Proven project management skills for technology implementations.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with data privacy frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
