Retention Marketing Specialist (Temporary) - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Retention Marketing Specialist to support the growth of Netvisor's existing customers. This is a temporary position from 08/2025 to 05/2026.

In Short

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value (CLV).
• Engage in customer communication actively.
• Create marketing automations based on customer data.
• Produce various content to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work as part of a diverse marketing team of over 30 members.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales and customer service.
• Contribute to the development of customer marketing strategies.
• Utilize analytical skills for data-driven marketing decisions.
• Foster a proactive and independent work approach.
• Communicate effectively in both Finnish and English.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education and experience in customer marketing development.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and data utilization skills.
• Ability to take responsibility and manage work independently.
• Excellent stakeholder and communication skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English.
