In Short

  • Join VPG Foil Resistors team as an OEM BD & Sales Engineer.
  • Generate new design wins by communicating with engineers.
  • Maintain existing business by ensuring designs continue to use Foil Resistors.
  • Explore and find new customers for Foil Resistor technology.
  • Conduct weekly onsite and virtual customer visits.
  • Develop strategic plans for market segment penetration.
  • Perform technical consultations and product presentations.
  • Target market segments including Data Center Fiber Optics and EV Battery Management.
  • Travel expectations: up to 35% required.
  • Applicant must reside in a Western US state.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or BEng).
  • 5+ years of successful face-to-face technical electronics sales experience.
  • New Business Development experience.
  • OEM Experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving design-in objectives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of passive components preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
