In Short

  • Join VPG Foil Resistors team as an OEM BD & Sales Engineer.
  • Generate new design wins and maintain existing business.
  • Conduct weekly onsite and virtual customer visits.
  • Manage new business opportunities in target market segments.
  • Cultivate relationships with design engineers and strategic accounts.
  • Promote VPG Foil Resistor brands.
  • Develop strategic plans for market segment penetration.
  • Perform technical consultations and product presentations.
  • Maintain account reports and CRM documentation.
  • Travel expectations of up to 35% required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or BEng).
  • 5+ years of successful face-to-face technical electronics sales experience.
  • Experience in New Business Development.
  • OEM Experience.
  • Proven track record in achieving design-in objectives.
  • Strong technical knowledge of passive components preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of electronic component technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Applicant must reside in a Western US state.

Benefits

  • Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
