In Short

• We are looking for an OEM BD & Sales Engineer for the VPG Foil Resistors team.
• The goal is to generate new design wins by communicating with engineers.
• Maintain existing business and ensure continued use of Foil Resistors.
• Explore and find new customers for Foil Resistor technology.
• Conduct weekly onsite and virtual customer visits.
• Generate and manage new business opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with design engineers and strategic accounts.
• Promote VPG Foil Resistor brands.
• Perform technical consultations and product presentations.
• Maintain detailed account reports and CRM documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE or BEng).
• 5+ years of successful technical electronics sales experience.
• New Business Development experience.
• OEM Experience.
• Proven track record in achieving design-in objectives.
• Strong technical knowledge of passive components preferred.
• Understanding of electronic component technologies.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000.
