Senior Consultant - Operational Optimization - Remote

Overview

The Senior Consultant’s primary responsibilities will be to engage in projects focused on achieving operational excellence at client sites, through the development and implementation of effective operational solutions, workflows and procedures that are safe, efficient, and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Pharm D. or Bachelor's degree in pharmacy required.
• 5 years in health system pharmacy required.
• 3 years managing others preferred.
• Experience in consulting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and team skills required.
• Ability to lead teams and make sound decisions.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• High emotional intelligence required.
• Ability to travel domestically.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills required.
