Staff Software Engineer, Lending - Remote

Overview

The Lending team is responsible for developing a global Lending platform, aiming to provide a user-friendly, robust, highly scalable, and resilient solution in the market.

In Short

• Development and maintenance of projects in Java using AWS services
• Participation in technical analysis with product team requirements
• Execution of Terraform to create/remove new resources on AWS
• Monitoring applications through logs/metrics using Grafana
• Database optimization, mainly DynamoDB
• Help in the collective decisions about our architecture
• Understand and build micro-service and event-driven architecture

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of development experience, primarily in Java
• Experience with AWS
• Experience with Event-driven architectures
• Experience in designing architectural solutions
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Experience with testing (unit, integration, load)
• Be based in UK
