Senior Manager, Workday HCM - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Manager in Workday HCM, you will play a crucial role in configuring and maintaining the core Human Capital Management system, ensuring optimal performance and support across a global organization.

In Short

• Act as the product manager for Workday HCM.
• Analyze, design, configure, test, implement, and maintain systems supporting mobility and total rewards.
• Create and maintain documentation such as user guides and workflows.
• Coordinate with HR experts to define requirements and execute project deliverables.
• Manage relationships with HR stakeholders to identify and address issues.
• Seek continuous improvement opportunities and provide ongoing support.
• Conduct unit and quality assurance testing.
• Develop expertise in business processes and applications.
• Perform root cause analysis to recommend system enhancements.
• Interact effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM and Security configurations.
• Experience with Workday EIBs and advanced custom reports.
• Exceptional communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Workday Pro Certification(s) preferred.
