Client Success Consultant - Remote

Overview

Pismo is seeking a Client Success Consultant to support new and existing customers (B2B), helping to drive retention, increase users’ engagement, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

In Short

• Build long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
• Meet with customers regularly to discuss challenges and success definitions.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business and industry.
• Create and execute plans that align with customer objectives.
• Act as a customer advocate within the company.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Manage and follow up on client KPIs.
• Analyze clients’ data for strategic decisions.
• Provide education and resources for effective product usage.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Customer Success or similar roles.
• Industry experience in Payments, Cards processing, and Banking.
• Proactive, data-driven problem anticipator.
• Program management capability.
• Structured and critical thinking with a focus on strategy.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to develop relationships at C-level.
• Experience in full lifecycle of customer success.
• Fluency in English.
