We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Engagement Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and building long-term relationships with professionals who aren't necessarily looking for a job today but could be our key hires tomorrow.

• Strategic Sourcing: Using sourcing tools & diverse channels to successfully engage with candidates, especially for highly specialized roles.
• Networking: Building a professional network with communities and maintaining a talent pipeline for future business needs.
• Relationship Management: Engaging with potential candidates early, focusing on a high-quality candidate experience.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment Support: Partnering with Hiring Managers to manage recruitment processes from outreach to hiring decision.
• Process Optimization: Improving sourcing strategy efficiency and identifying new sources for talent acquisition.

Requirements

• Proven Sourcing Expertise: Extensive experience in sourcing for complex roles using various tools.
• Networking & Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills for building relationships.
• End-to-End Recruitment Experience: Background in managing recruitment processes independently.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Ownership & Flexibility.
• Location & Mobility: Remote-friendly, but based in Poland to participate in local tech communities.
