Requirements

• 3+ years managing a cross-functional engineering team.
• 5+ years as a hands-on Software Engineer.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
• Strong understanding of Agile development principles.
• Experience with Go, Java, or C++.
• Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team success.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of data security, cryptography, or identity management.
• Experience with APIs and SDKs.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
