Senior User Experience Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Senior User Experience Designer at Virtru, you will play a crucial role in building products that protect data while enabling trust. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to understand customer needs and deliver high-quality UX in a complex B2B environment.

In Short

• Own UX problems from discovery to execution with minimal oversight.
• Lead your own research including interviews and usability tests.
• Design flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and AI tools.
• Work through ambiguity and make tradeoffs across various constraints.
• Prototype and validate concepts early to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering as an equal partner.
• Communicate research findings and design decisions clearly.
• Contribute to UX standards and design systems.
• Mentor other designers through guidance and feedback.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a UX and Interaction Designer.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality UX.
• Strong foundation in UX research methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Figma Make.
• Experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Understanding of responsive design and accessibility.
• Comfort designing for multiple user personas.
• A strong portfolio showcasing design rationale and outcomes.
