• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve Virta’s GPT-powered chatbot.
• Design and implement core infrastructure for prompt orchestration and context management.
• Contribute to the technical strategy for conversational AI.
• Write production-grade code and build robust ML systems.
• Mentor and guide teammates across disciplines.
• Measure and improve chatbot performance through data-driven iteration.

Requirements

• Experience with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI’s GPT.
• Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python.
• Proven ability to design and build ML systems end-to-end.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Familiarity with experimentation methods, including A/B testing.
• Strong communication and technical leadership skills.
