Senior Data Scientist - Remote

In Short

• Serve as data lead for the Adoption Squad, identifying strategic opportunities and risks.
• Drive decision making with data and prioritize analyses that inform product decisions.
• Lead experimentation thoughtfully to speed learning and improve processes.
• Translate clinical, member, and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to design impactful reports and dashboards.
• Familiarize with team roles and responsibilities within the first 90 days.
• Integrate with the Adoption Squad to analyze product features and data pipelines.
• Identify opportunities to leverage Generative AI for team efficiency.
• Teach and inspire team members through knowledge sharing and feedback.
• Promote a values-driven culture focused on people, ownership, and impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a Healthcare Analytics or Data Science role.
• 5+ years of experience with data science and visualization tools (SQL, R, Python).
• Advanced understanding of data storage, ETL frameworks, and data transformation.
• Experience building BI dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to explain technology and techniques to others.
