Working as a Frontend Software Engineer in the Care Delivery Squad is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of healthcare innovation. You'll be directly involved in leveraging technology and data to fundamentally reshape how care is delivered, rather than just digitizing existing processes. This role allows you to contribute to a mission-driven team focused on designing and scaling a more efficient and effective care model. Ultimately, your work will help streamline care delivery, improve member outcomes, and enhance care team capacity, making a tangible impact on people's lives.

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience with React or similar frontend frameworks.
• Comfortable working with backend engineers for API integration.
• Passion for software craftsmanship and user experience.
