System Administrator - Remote

Overview

As a System Administrator at Vio.com, you will ensure that the computer systems in our organization are running smoothly and securely, enabling employees to perform their best with the right hardware and access level.

In Short

• Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software.
• Manage Single Sign-On, MDM, and antivirus tools.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers to implement security protocols.
• Maintain compliance and improve security posture.
• Document and develop processes and policies.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Help build the team roadmap.
• Support deployment of new applications.
• Address requests for office improvements.

Requirements

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science or related field, or 2+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with IT systems and networks.
• Experience with Linux, macOS, and Windows systems.
• Knowledge in Remote Device Management (MDM).
• Basic knowledge of cloud computing (AWS preferred).
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
• Knowledge of Single Sign-On and directory management systems.
• Pragmatic approach to balancing technical excellence and value delivery.
