Head of Payments - Remote

Overview

As the Head of Payments at Vio, you will lead the payments strategy and operations for our OTA Merchant of Record business, ensuring scalable operations and optimizing payment performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, preferably in travel or fintech.
• Proven track record in designing and scaling payment systems.
• Strong negotiation skills in processing fees and SLAs.
• Experience in partnering with engineering on payment architecture.
• Solid understanding of MOR operations and fraud management.
• Ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Structured thinker and excellent communicator.
