Accounts Payable Clerk - Remote

Overview

We are a global animal health company seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to manage and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

In Short

• Audit employee expense reimbursements
• Review incoming invoices
• Data entry of vendor invoices
• Process payments to vendors
• Research aged invoices
• Assist with weekly AP reporting
• Post journal entries as needed
• Manage Daily Cash Log
• Reconcile Daily Cash disbursements
• Contribute to ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and accounting software
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
