Overview

As an intern in our Strategic HR Business Partner Team, you will play a central role in shaping and implementing our HR strategy while actively supporting the daily operations of our HR Business Partners.

In Short

• Active participation in strategic projects, including taking on independent workstreams in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Involvement in the daily business of our strategic HR Business Partners with a Europe-wide responsibility.
• Conducting research and data analyses to prepare labor market relevant trends and forecasts.
• Support in the development and implementation of operational standards and tools in an international environment.
• Creation of English-language management presentations and articles for internal communication platforms.

Requirements

• Ongoing studies in economics, business administration, law, cultural economics, business psychology, or a comparable field.
• Interest in people-related topics and ideally some practical experience in the HR field.
• Curiosity about digital trends and disruptive innovations.
• Very good German and English language skills.
