Overview

The Senior Analyst will define and support telecommunications services for the business sector, balancing maintenance of solutions with new projects while focusing on automation.

In Short

  • Responsible for planning and standardizing all equipment and infrastructure for managed services.
  • Participate in the architecture setup of new services and upgrades.
  • Support ongoing infrastructure and network equipment needs.
  • Optimize availability and reliability of managed services.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and partners for new technology implementations.
  • Develop and standardize new products and features.
  • Assist in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Participate in 24/7 level 3 support rotation.
  • Establish technical standards and training materials.
  • Involve in automation efforts for managed services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with a specialization in Telecommunications.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with Juniper and Fortinet technologies.
  • Proven experience in resolving complex bugs in telecommunications and security equipment.
  • Experience in a connectivity service provider or managed services environment.
  • Experience with public and private cloud solutions.
  • Experience with project management tools like Jira.
  • Bilingual (French/English).
  • Certifications from MEF, cloud providers, and manufacturers are a plus.
  • Experience in network automation with tools like Ansible and Python is a plus.
