Overview

As a Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead commercial efforts for strategic public transport accounts – building an inclusive, sustainable, and tech-enabled framework for mobility within your market.

In Short

  • Build and lead a high-performing sales and account management team.
  • Strategize and execute full-cycle sales efforts to improve regional transit.
  • Become an expert on Via’s platform and showcase its features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operations.
  • Represent Via in your region through public speaking and marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and cultivate revenue-generating partnerships.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of client-facing experience in Business Development or Consulting.
  • Intuitive communicator with persuasive skills.
  • Superb commercial intuition and exceptional judgment.
  • Reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality.
  • Excellent team player and mentor.
  • Willingness to travel 25-50% as needed.
  • Fluent in German and English.
