Overview

We are seeking a qualified Business Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for a full-time direct hire role in support of a Federal government client. This opportunity is intended for a United States (U.S.) citizen with a background in business process and data analysis and a passion for optimizing and advancing impactful government initiatives.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business and Data Analyst.
• Experience in Agile teams and DevSecOps environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as R, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage stakeholder engagements effectively.
• Experience leading teams is a plus.
• Government sector experience preferred.
