Overview

The Social Media and Marketing Support Specialist will monitor and proactively respond to prospective and existing players across our range of Social Media channels, covering both acquisition and retention life stages of the VGW customer journey.

In Short

• Proactively monitor Sprinklr for messages across Social Media channels.
• Manage Zendesk for responses and follow-ups.
• Handle escalations for social posts and campaigns.
• Build relationships with key players in the community.
• Assist in selecting competition winners.
• Work closely with Team Leader to enhance player experience.
• Engage with players across acquisition and retention stages.
• Maintain attention to detail in managing tasks.
• Provide effective execution strategies for community engagement.
• Support a flexible work environment with occasional travel.

Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2-3 years of social media experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Zendesk and Sprinklr is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills for a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of social media and community engagement trends.
• Hands-on experience in inbound marketing campaigns.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
