Overview

The People & Culture Service Delivery Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective delivery of services through the People & Culture Service Desk, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service to workers and stakeholders across the organization.

In Short

  • Manage day-to-day service desk operations.
  • Serve as an expert on people operations service desk delivery.
  • Be an escalation point for service desk delivery tickets.
  • Monitor service desk efficiency and ticket resolution.
  • Perform quality assurance audits of resolved tickets.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for service desk issues.
  • Create data visualizations of process activity and trends.
  • Produce weekly reports for stakeholders on service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
  • Perform other deliverables as directed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in HR or People Operations, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations and service delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and SLA-based environments.
  • Understanding of employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile organizations.
