Overview

As the VP/SVP of Product, you’ll lead the team to build Veza Authorization Platform and lay the foundation for an iconic company.

In Short

• Prioritize customer needs, products, features, and team actions.
• Own the overall product roadmap for existing and future products.
• Manage the Product Management team to define and evolve a world-class product.
• Partner closely with the Engineering team for product development.
• Design and manage the overall product management strategy.
• Define and execute new product management processes.
• Recruit and develop a world-class team of product managers.
• Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to demonstrate product value.
• Support Product Marketing to position core capabilities.
• Serve as a company and product evangelist.
• Understand the competitive landscape for product planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in B2B product management.
• 5+ years of managing product management teams.
• Experience in high-growth start-ups.
• Willingness to travel and meet with key stakeholders.
