Requirements

• Proven experience as a product leader in a high-growth company.
• Deep understanding of consumer products in operations-heavy environments.

• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Growth mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Experience partnering with engineering teams.
• Ability to lead through change and implement core product processes.
• Preferably based in New York with some in-office presence.
