Project Manager - Remote

Overview

VetsEZ is currently seeking a Project Manager to join a team to support a project with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

In Short

• Develop and maintain project management plans and schedules.
• Coordinate and conduct meetings, creating agendas and minutes.
• Provide monthly status reports on project progress.
• Manage workloads for a team of developers and technical staff.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding services.
• Analyze business requirements and develop solutions.
• Conduct testing phases and track issues.
• Develop user guides and training materials.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Develop transition plans for knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Jira.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of SAFe, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with government contract work preferred.
• Experience interfacing with senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.
