Overview

As HRIS Manager at VEG, you’ll lead the strategy and management of our Workday ecosystem, ensuring our People systems support the employee lifecycle and empower teams.

In Short

• Lead daily management and configuration of Workday and HR systems.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Build and maintain dashboards and custom reports for actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across HRIS platforms.
• Drive HRIS project implementations and enhancements.
• Develop documentation and training for effective HR system use.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Workday required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Empathetic and people-centric approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HRIS or People Operations.
