In Short

• Drive product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Collect and evaluate user feedback from veterinary clinics and pet parents.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to create seamless customer experiences.
• Build out product documentation to align teams on features.
• Manage low to mid-level feature developments and conduct QA testing.
• Educate internal teams on new product features.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree with experience managing multiple projects.
• 3+ years of experience in a product role.
• Attention to detail with a knack for ensuring high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills to distill complex ideas into actionable insights.
• Critical thinking skills with experience in data analysis.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred.
