• Ensure invoices, payments, KPIs, and financial processes run correctly and clearly.
• Work independently and improve existing systems.
• Manage payments and invoicing.
• Track non-payers and provide clear overviews.
• Prepare relevant KPIs weekly.
• Support accounting and contract processes.
• Document processes and identify weaknesses.
• Assist in planning and forecasting processes.
• Prepare financial controlling basics.
• Work with clarity and responsibility.
