In Short

• Participate in a 3-month trainee program with potential for permanent placement.
• Work in one of two tracks: Customer Support or Technical Support.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Genuine interest in technology, agribusiness, and SaaS solutions.
• Proactive, disciplined, and eager to learn.
• Able to work autonomously and remotely.
• Bachelor's degree completed or within one year of completion, preferably in technology or business management.
• Familiarity with the agribusiness sector is a plus.
• For the Dev track: interest in programming logic and IT.
• For the CX track: interest in customer relations and user experience.
• Basic Spanish or willingness to learn is a plus!
