• Master the Versat product portfolio.
• Design and execute marketing processes and flows.
• Implement actions to meet area goals and monitor OKRs.
• Ensure brand coherence and identity.
• Review and propose improvements for institutional communication and positioning.
• Update competitor information.
• Participate in pricing strategies.
• Execute social media plans based on user personas.
• Edit educational videos, internal content, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate recording, editing, and publishing interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Administration, or Design.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Marketing.
• Experience in ERP or SaaS companies.
• Experience in event organization.
• Knowledge in digital marketing, SEO, social media, and Inbound Marketing.
• Intermediate Spanish for client communication.
• Experience or interest in the agricultural sector.
• Remote First mentality with strong self-management and asynchronous communication skills.
• International experience in Paraguay and/or Latin America is a plus.
