Senior Project Manager - Site Acquisition & ISP - Remote

Overview

This position is remote (within the United States) and responsible for overall project management (schedule and budget) for multiple large fiber optic construction projects.

• Oversight of acquisition process for long haul deployment facilities.
• Coordinating with vendors and reviewing documentation.
• Managing agreements with land owners for site acquisition.
• Procurement of critical infrastructure components.
• Oversight of the site construction process.
• Managing bid/vendor selection process and contract negotiation.
• Providing regular customer updates and coordinating site access.
• Working with permitting agencies to secure approvals.
• Documenting splicing requirements and maintaining documentation.
• Providing build cost estimates for sales team.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in project management or engineering.
• 2+ years’ experience of ILA project management.
• Strong familiarity with telecom shelter components.
• Ability to develop detailed project schedules.
• Strong planning skills to mitigate project risk.
