Overview

The Solution Consultant will drive initial solution architecture and be a trusted client advisor ensuring consistent delivery for clients in the Salesforce space. The Solution Consultant serves as a subject matter expert in all implementation phases and is responsible for direct client delivery, proposals, new business opportunities, and knowledge management.

In Short

  • Interview client stakeholders to understand and document their business problems.
  • Guide clients through the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  • Serve as the technical leader for Salesforce projects.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions leveraging Salesforce platforms.
  • Provide detailed tasks with level of effort estimates for proposed solutions.
  • Design innovative Salesforce solutions involving configuration and custom functionality.
  • Draft custom development specifications and drive the delivery and testing of functionality.
  • Provide hands-on collaboration and expert-level technical assistance to developers.
  • Design and manage the execution of test plans to ensure quality delivery.
  • Stay updated on new Salesforce product capabilities resulting from releases.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of CRM industry experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • Minimum 2+ years CPQ experience.
  • Proven ability to design and optimize business processes across systems.
  • Excellent client-facing, written and oral communication skills.
  • Strength in business analysis to uncover business processes.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
