In Short

• Manage RFP processes and improve outcomes.
• Analyze Lifetime Customer Value (LCV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
• Develop dashboards and reports for KPIs.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Assist in business case development for strategic sales.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and product teams.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Evaluate risks associated with deals.
• Support a mission-driven culture focused on safety.
• Work with a global team across North America and overseas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years experience in sales support, finance, or revenue analysis.
• Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Expected Travel for this position: 25%.
