Overview

The External Communications & Media Manager is responsible for ensuring the company is represented clearly, credibly, and consistently across external channels, supporting media efforts and managing communications aligned to company priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or Business.
• 7-10 years of experience in external communications or media relations.
• Experience managing PR agencies and external partners.
• Ability to create paid media plans and oversee budgets.
• Strong editorial judgment.
• Comfort in high-visibility environments.
• Financial Institution and/or B2B experience preferred.

Benefits

• Base salary: $85,000-$120,000.
