In Short

• Produce simple to complex, accurate maps, drawings, and schematics in accordance with company standards.
• Utilize Civil 3D to draft site plans and other detailed maps.
• Develop site layouts, grading plans, utility plans, profiles, and details.
• Work independently to prepare accurate maps and figures.
• Assist with plan set assembly, distribution, and filing.
• Meet deadlines and complete work within established project budgets.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent; relative associate degree preferred.
• Experience with using Civil 3D software is required.
• 1-3 years of experience in drafting or design-related work.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Critical thinker, willing to learn through trial and error.
• Strong desire to grow and advance as a technical designer.
